Founder and Artist
​Kevin Hanlon is a skilled artist and co-founder of Hanlon Artworks, known for his strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and versatile creative style. His work spans murals, signwriting, and large-scale creative projects, all delivered with a high level of precision and professionalism.
Alongside his artistic practice, Kevin has extensive experience working with schools and individuals with additional needs, bringing patience, understanding, and adaptability to every interaction. Stephanie Hanlon is co-founder of Hanlon Artworks and plays a central role in shaping the creative direction and client experience of the business. With a strong eye for detail and a passion for high-quality artistic work, she specialises in face painting, event artistry, and delivering engaging creative experiences.
Stephanie is known for her professionalism, warm approach, and ability to connect with clients of all ages, helping to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere at every event. Our
Story

Hanlon Artworks was founded on 7th January 2016, but its roots go back much further. From a young age, we were always drawing, making, and creating—something that naturally continued as we built our family and our lives around creativity.
What began as hobbies gradually became something more. Over the years, we found ourselves constantly creating for others—refining our skills, developing our style, and gaining experience without even realising we were building a business.
When the economy changed and circumstances became uncertain, like for so many others, we knew we had to think differently. We recognised the value in what we were already doing and decided to take a leap—turning our passion into a profession and officially starting Hanlon Artworks.
In the early days, Stephanie focused on portrait work, while Kevin created handcrafted garden furniture from reclaimed materials. From those beginnings, the business has grown, evolved, and expanded into what it is today.
Hanlon Artworks now delivers a wide range of creative work—from murals and signwriting to large-scale installations and immersive experiences, including interactive builds such as haunted houses. We work with schools, businesses, local councils, and community organisations across Ireland, creating engaging, high-quality artistic experiences.
Our work has reached far beyond our local area, with commissioned pieces now held in collections around the world.
While much has changed since 2016, our core remains the same: a genuine love for creating, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to producing art that connects with people and leaves a lasting impression.
