Service Description
The Urban Legends Workshop is a dynamic, youth-focused programme that invites teenagers to develop their own original urban myths inspired by local stories, environments, and imagination. Participants begin by creating a narrative and visually translating it into a short comic or graphic format, exploring character design, storytelling, and illustration techniques. The process then moves into a hands-on making phase, where each participant brings their character to life through design and creativie building. The Urban Myth Lab Workshop is a hands-on, 3-week creative course designed especially for teenagers. Over three modules, participants will: Develop their own original urban legend inspired by local stories and imagination Turn their idea into a short comic, exploring storytelling and character design Bring their character to life through costume and prop creation using creative and upcycled materials This workshop blends drawing, storytelling, and making, encouraging creativity, confidence, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment. Course Details: Duration: 3 weeks Format: 5 sessions per week Booking: One booking covers all 3 modules Suitable for: Teens No previous experience needed—just imagination!
Cancellation Policy
We’re really excited to create with you! Here’s a quick guide to how our workshops work: Booking: Your place is secured once a deposit is received. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended. Payment: The remaining balance can be paid in advance or on the day, as agreed. Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to reschedule where possible. Late cancellations (within 48 hours) may be charged in full. Workshops: These sessions are designed especially for teenagers and encourage creativity, respect, and collaboration. Safety & Info: For under 18s, consent/supervision is required. Please let us know in advance about any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs so we can support everyone properly. Photos: We may take photos of the workshop for our portfolio—just let us know if you’d prefer not to be included. That’s it! Booking a place means you’re happy with the above.
